Whether Brad is working on a small renovation or large healthcare or commercial project, he strives to find the best solution with a passion for serving others. No matter the scale, each project offers a problem that deserves not just a well-realized answer, but a well-communicated one. Brad pushes to include unique details in the design work. Through careful organization and prioritizing, he aims to bring the same attention to even the tiniest of features to create a cohesive and successful process, developing deep relationships with clients along the way. Brad is also a recent graduate of AIA Cincinnati AIA Vision Program where he was immersed in a thoughtful leadership and education program.
