Alan believes that balance is paramount to the work we do and the life we live. Alan brings a unique perspective to project management and design. As a project principal, Alan communicates in a positive, encouraging, and discerning way. Clients continually acknowledge the excellent service, combining creative flexibility with diligent project management to deliver their projects.

Alan finds work/life balance as well by continually staying engaged in the community. Alan volunteers with Cincinnati Public Schools, local parks, and the First Lutheran Church in Over-the-Rhine. And of course, coming from the Netherlands, Alan is an avid cyclist, taking advantage of summer weekends by exploring the many bike trails throughout Ohio and restoring vintage cars.
