Sean Bright, AIA, LEED AP

It’s not a leap to say that Sean’s energy and edge take every project to new heights. Sean leads our Indianapolis office. His 26-year career has been focused on providing planning, design, and development services for various clients including those in the higher education, workplace, healthcare, civic, and worship market sectors. Sean also leads planning and design services for two Fortune 500+ energy service providers which has resulted in projects located in nearly 70 Indiana communities. He routinely conducts feasibility and assessment studies for Champlin’s clients prior to land purchase or renovations. He has also developed superior project delivery and team management skills and has proven to be an invaluable resource for clients through his utilization of a servant leadership approach and philosophy.

Sean serves as Co-Chair of the Outreach Committee for Indiana Construction Roundtable and volunteers regularly for local non-profits such as Habitat for Humanity and Gleaners Food Bank. He is also a member of the Society of College & University Planning (SCUP) and Urban Land Institute (ULI). Sean currently resides in Indianapolis, Indiana, with his wife and two sons. When not in the office or maintaining motorcycles, he enjoys spending time at the barn with his wife’s horse and is a master of the backyard grill.
