Synergy Building Systems Develops New Space

The development of the new Synergy Building Systems facility in Beavercreek is officially underway! The 63,000 square foot space is being developed to meet the growing needs of the defense contractor community supporting Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and we're thrilled to be involved with the project.

“This facility will be designed to accommodate the customized research and development needs of the defense community to execute WPAFB’s mission outside the fence,” said John Kopilchack, Synergy Building Systems director of development. “Synergy is proud to deliver innovative and collaborative defense space to a marketplace that is currently underserved in the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base area.”
