Kevin Kirk, CCCA, CSI

Kevin’s acute attention to detail makes him such a unique asset to the Champlin team and his construction administration skills are crucial to the construction phases of our design projects. Utilizing proven methods and procedures, Kevin is responsive to tight delivery schedules and project budgets, which allows for a smooth transition between project phases. Kevin is certified in Construction Contract Administration (CCCA) and is a voting member of ATSM committee E06 Building Performance.

An advocate of transformative architecture, Kevin also enjoys playing a role in projects that help reshape and revitalize the city of Cincinnati.

A lover of music, Kevin hopes to write a piece of music that would be the theme song for a major motion picture or be played on national radio! Kevin is also actively involved with the Cincinnati Soccer Club and currently coaches high school age players.
