Doug Ignatius, AIA, LEED AP
If all the world’s a stage, Doug is the right guy to build it. With a particular interest in structural engineering, Doug utilizes his experience to develop design solutions for clients and is inspired by architects such as Antonio Gaudi and Norman Foster; as their buildings’ aesthetics are a direct result of structural innovation. A strong advocate for the story of design, Doug enjoys design development, whether it be detailing a façade or researching an innovative new product.
Doug’s desire for expression undoubtedly comes from his passion for theater and the arts. Doug is a member of the Cincinnati Opera Advisory Board, Chief Grant Writer for the Cincinnati Men’s Chorus, and Past President and Board of Trustees at the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company. Doug also participates in Habitat for Humanity and is fluent in conversational French, having studied abroad in Versailles during college. He also enjoys cooking, traveling, gardening and working out.
