Bryan Duncan, RA, LEED AP

Bryan received his Bachelor of Architecture in 1997 from the University of Cincinnati after working as an intern architect for Earl Swensson Associates in Nashville, Tennessee; Kann & Associates in Baltimore, Maryland; Kohn Pedersen Fox International in London, England; and Lehman, Smith, Wiseman in Washington D.C. After graduation, he joined Kann and Associates, in Baltimore, to work on various retail projects.

Technically adept, Bryan has fulfilled and exceeded client expectations for numerous clients across several market sectors, including higher education and workplace. This experience with various project types and teams gives him an insightful advantage to managing a systematic project approach. Bryan approaches every project by first analyzing its unique aspects and needs and then throughout the entire cycle of design, development, documentation, and construction. He focuses on problem-solving and executing exceptional designs. His knowledge of building systems, design, construction and client and partnering relationships is what makes him an asset to any project. Outside of the office, you’ll find him spending time with family or working on the house.
