With 7 years of onsite experience for multiple, large-scale, complex design-build projects throughout North America, Tina is accustomed to working closely with all stakeholders to ensure a, expeditious, quality outcome. This in-depth understanding of how conceptual design becomes an occupiable reality has fueled a passion for collaboration and an integrated design approach, as it allows for innovation and helps ensure a quality outcome. Tina’s experience to date has offered vast exposure and a comprehensive knowledge of all disciplines, but more importantly, their interrelation. Any challenge or unforeseen condition encountered throughout design and execution is viewed as a new opportunity. The skillset Tina has developed and honed over the years has proven very effective for project management, driving results through leadership and teamwork.
