Melissa Lutz, FSMPS, CPSM

As the leader of all marketing, communications, and public relations in the firm, Melissa is responsible for the brand and image of Champlin. Melissa manages and develops targeted business development and marketing strategies with each market team to create unique opportunities for the firm. Using her skills as a Community Liaison, she also serves as a team member on various public projects.

If that wasn’t enough to keep her busy, Melissa is also an active and current member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services. Melissa was one of the Researchers and Authors for the SMPS Foundation’s recently-published book, A/E/C Business Development – The Decade Ahead. Melissa’s community and professional involvement also includes: Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, Diverse by Design; Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors; CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) of Greater Cincinnati, Past President; Leadership Northern Kentucky, Class of 2000; Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, Women’s Initiative Connect Team Member. She is also a member of the Advancement Committee of the Children’s Home of Cincinnati, and volunteers for the Carnegie Arts Center in Covington, Kentucky, and performs in the “Suits that Rock” charity event each year, which benefits the Carnegie’s children’s education programs.
