Michael Reddell, AIA
If you think all architects come from the same mold, you’ll think again once you meet Michael. Michael took the less traveled path into architecture by serving in the United States Army's 249th Engineer Battalion (construction) in Germany. Later, as a civilian, he worked as a cost estimator before putting himself through college and entering the architectural profession in 1994.
Michael specializes in healthcare, skilled nursing and assisted living, higher education, and civic projects within the firm and focuses on building team consensus around the client’s program and goals. His wide variety of experience is strengthened by his technical knowledge and hands-on construction experience which he shares and utilizes to advance each project successfully. Through previous work experience, Michael uses his technical expertise and construction experience to help maintain project budgets and tight schedules.
A natural born leader and team player, Michael enjoys helping others and sharing his experience in the office, as well as serving his community and neighbors of Lawrenceburg where he lives with his family. He spends his free time with his wife and two children exploring the region, studying architecture, and occasionally finds time to fine tune his drumming skills.
