Drake Center consists of 150,000 sf of renovated and 200,000 sf of new medical treatment space. This modernization retained dietary and administration buildings, along with a reconstructed 6-story patient wing and a historic powerhouse converted into an outpatient rehab facility. New construction links the existing buildings, and forms two new outdoor therapy courtyards. A new aquatic therapy center incorporates a bi-level pool basin with hydraulic lift floor. The result is the region’s foremost long-term care facility.
