This 400,000 SF interior space planning and tenant build-out project encompasses two separate 4-story buildings for 12 distinct occupant groups. The sophisticated work space is comprised of private offices and secure and non-secure conference rooms. Dividable training rooms are found on three floors. Team huddle spaces are provided to facilitate collaboration. GE brand colors were utilized to articulate key destination points, such as common break areas, a retail café, and training rooms. Security of highly confidential/classified product design and operations information was a key project driver, resulting in a sophisticated access control system, supervised by in-house security personnel. This project is LEED Gold Certified.
