To accommodate growth in the Dayton market, Champlin designed Fifth Third’s relocated Banking Center and Main Offices. The banking center features a new canopy and walk-up ATM, night deposit and courier pass-through. The main offices occupy 48,000 SF on four floors and are a combination of open and private work stations, conference rooms and break areas. This office is responsible for regional training of employees and was designed with five large assembly areas with flexible table and seating arrangements. Both spaces are consistent with Fifth Third’s branding and finish standards.
