A narrow tract of land previously a railroad right-of-way, directly adjacent to the Ohio River levee and Lawrenceburg’s commercial core, inspired this riverfront development. The top level of the 3-level, 800-car parking garage is flush with the levee promenade, accessing a new plaza that fronts an existing riverbank amphitheater and acts as a forecourt to the new 33,000 sf medical office building.
The opposite end is anchored with a 75,000 sf office building, for which desirable large floor plates are tempered with scalar elements that relate to the historic mercantile context. Multiple balconies and direct entrance from the levee promenade provide the tenant, a large community college, with amenities rarely found elsewhere.
